In My Skin

Normal Teens

The ordinary teens are not glitzy and fabulous, but they are real. Teens are already pressured, their appearance should not be something they should be ashamed of! Blemishes to pimples, it's a part of growing up.

Your perfect the way you are so don't change, eating health is not a bad thing. Even if you don't it's on the inside that counts, our bodies are forever changing so make the best of what you got and don't let anyone tell you, your less for who you are.

Celebrity Teens

Celebrity teens are all about the Glitz, in their fabulous outfits and stylish hair styles. Are these teens too worried about their image rather then the important stuff? Like family and friends, love, laughter? What kind of message are they sending to their viewers?

Younger girl's are pressured everyday to be young and thin, so what exactly is the message that TV and Magazine's are sending to their viewers?

More and more girls are dieting and trying to fit into that size 4 dress, they are at that awkward age that they want to look great and be noticed. Unfortunately the bars are set very high, Most girls you see on TV or Modeling are size 4 and under. Which makes me wonder how is their health and do they actually eat?

These are only questions that I wonder about, it may not have anything to do with dieting. Maybe they exercise a lot or maybe they have high matabolisms.

The only ones that can answer these questions are the Celebrities themselves.

HAPPY IN YOUR OWN SKIN

You may think your less of a woman or not as pretty if you don't look like the women in the magazines or on TV. I am here to tell you it doesn't, yeah models and actresses are pretty, but you have something that they don't; Freedom!

You don't have to worry about all the pressures that they have, the paparazzi following you around or the tabloids telling your inner most secrets or flaws. So don't be fooled by all the glam, they are people just like you and me.

Unfortunately for them they don't always know whose really their friends or whose using them to get some camera time.

So be happy with what you have and not with what you don't. My advice to you is hold your head high and smile for your life isn't as bad as you may think!
